1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ares Accounts ("we," "our," or "the site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this site's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Product Description & Delivery

Ares Accounts provides digital goods, specifically Fortnite accounts. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. Accounts are delivered instantly upon successful payment via our automated delivery system. You are responsible for securing the account immediately upon receipt.

3. User Responsibilities

Upon taking ownership of an account, the buyer assumes full responsibility for any future actions taken on that account. We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by Epic Games after the account has been successfully delivered and verified to be working at the time of purchase.

4. Refunds & Replacements

We offer a strict no-refund policy unless the account details provided are incorrect at the exact time of delivery. If you experience an issue logging in immediately after purchase, you must contact our support team via Discord within 24 hours. After this period, no replacements will be issued.

We are not responsible for Epic Games accounts getting locked due to the buyer changing the email, password, or linking new platform accounts carelessly. We highly recommend playing on the account for a few days before attempting major credential changes.

5. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Ares Accounts shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

Ares Accounts is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc. "Fortnite" and related trademarks are the sole property of Epic Games, Inc.
